Theme idea:
"Get Hooked On Jesus" or "Hooked on Jesus"

or

" Catching People In The Love Net"

God's love is thrown out as a love net, as a life-line for all to come to Him in repentance and faith. Those who are securely caught in God's love net are those who live as Paul says, "in the Spirit' and "by the Spirit".

I saw a skit once where there were 2 women who were each in a cardboard boat. One had a sign around her neck that read "Gossip Queen" and the other had a sign that read "Quiet Spirit". Each had a fishing rod in their hands. As a lady would walk by each would cast out their line. The lady would stare back and forth at both, and then choose one. Of course, more ladies ended up in the boat of the Gossip Queen and it sunk. There wasn't much dialog other than just the women in the boat jabbering at each other. They got louder and louder as the boat got fuller and fuller. The lesson then was on how gossip in a ministry can sink the ship. It was very effective.
