Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
3 bags broccoli, 3 bags of "alouette" garlic herb spreadable cheese spread" It is by the cream cheese at my Super Wal-Mart." 1-1/2 sticks margarine, 3 cans celery soup(or mushroom or cream of chicken soup)
Directions:
Boil broccoli and drain . Mix together margarine,cheese & soup. Melt together and pour over broccoli.Bake at 350 * until all melted together.
Number Of Servings:4-6
Preparation Time:about 45 minutes

| This sounds very easy! Thanks for posting it. I'm not familiar with the bags of garlic herb cheese though. I notice you're from Arkansas too---can you give me some details on that---brand name, where you buy it, etc.? |

Hello, I found out about this Broccoli Casserole when I lived in Illinois.One of the women at our church up there made it.No one down here in Arkansas makes it or every heard of it made this way that I know of. The name of the cheese is " alouette " garlic & herbs spreadable cheese.It is over by the cream cheese in our Super Wal-Mart.The pkg. is white with green on the front of it. I love it hope you will too. P.S. I added the name of the garlic cheese in my original post incase anyone wanted to know.Thanks for bringing it to my attention about the name of the garlic cheese.
