Terms of Use(Purchaseware From CLM)
Terms of Agreement:
1. COPYRIGHT.
The copyright to all the artwork images offered on www.creativeladiesministry.com and previously on thecountrycourt.com belong to Julia Bettencourt and remains that way even after your purchase. You are purchasing the right to use the images, not the copyright for the images.
Under the Terms, the following criteria must be met.
- You must include a valid copyright notice on any online use that includes Julia's images by one of the following means.
~A text link or linked logo to https://www.creativeladiesministry.com/graphicsindex.html
~or a text notice (no link required--This option is available for purchased graphics only, not linkware).

- You may not redistribute the graphics in any way on or offline.
This includes but is not limited to no web design with the images for profit, barter, or free. (No webdesigner permissions are being given at this time.)
- If you as a customer have enlisted the help of a web designer and you purchase Julia's artwork, your designer has permission to use the graphics on your website pages, with the stipulation that they do not use the purchased graphics for other clients. You are required to present them with a copy of these terms.
- You may use the artwork images for your offline printing projects for items such as personal cards, personal craft projects, and flyers, using the said artwork as decoration only.
- You may not use the artwork images for printing projects such as placing the images on crafts, mugs, t-shirts, cards, etc. for the purpose of reproduction or resell.
- You may not use the images for making craft patterns or digitizing for stitcheries of any kind for reproduction, resell, or offer said patterns for free. You may digitize patterns for your own use to make for a personal project only. You may not share your results online in anyway.
- You may not alter the size of the images which are in gif file format as they will lose their integrity.
- You may not alter the artwork either by adding to or subtracting from any element contained in the original image (except in the case of adding text to blank banners/signs).
2. REFUND POLICY.
No refunds will be given for any reason because of the very nature of the product (copy able and reproducible).
3. EXECUTION.
Purchasing any of the artwork images on www.creativeladiesministry.com and prior purchases through the www.thecountrycourt.com website indicates your agreement of these terms.
Note: For legal purposes, your agreement is not with the websites, www.creativeladiesministry.com or www.thecountrycourt.com but with the artist herself, Julia Bettencourt. These Terms are subject to change without notice. |
