It has been my privilege to have known Julia Bettencourt. As her pastor for 4 years, during which time I had the opportunity to observe her as a lady with Christian character. She is very talented in the field of music. Julia also has a unique talent in the area of crafts, she can find new and refreshing ideas to make any day or event special. She is a very knowledgeable and eloquent speaker. Julia is a caring mother of 3 children and the very loving and supportive wife of her husband Phil, who is also a Baptist minister.

I have no reservation at recommending Julia as a speaker for ladies meetings, conferences, etc... She has a genuine love for the Lord and a desire to please Him in every area of her life.
