License Agreement for Web Designers

Please note: If you are designing your own church or school website that you are a member of or where your child goes to school, you do not have to purchase a license agreement. However if you are a web designer, or an aspiring one, you may not place that website in your portfolio without purchasing the license agreement.

If you have a web design business or just have a hobby of making sites for others and want to use the Linkware Graphics here at Creative Ladies Ministry, you may do so by purchasing a License Agreement. The following are the basic terms.

Basic Terms:
  • The websites you use these on may only be of a family friendly nature and not contain 'adult material' This includes any use of language or material not suitable for use by children. There also may not be any material promoting witchcraft on the websites which you design with these graphics.
  • You must not alter the graphics in any way. If you would like to be able to add text such as a website name to a main image, or some special text added for your clients, you may purchase the right to do so. However, you must send me at least 4 examples of your work (or urls where I can view them) where you've added text (or created a graphic as such)and also the name of the program in which you use to add text before I will grant permission.
  • You must realize that you are only purchasing the right to use these graphics and are not purchasing any copyrights.
  • You must add a link to https://www.creativeladiesministry.com on each page where you use the graphics.
  • You must email the links of the websites you design with the graphics.
  • You must be aware and make your clients aware of the basic guidelines of these graphics.
  • The license agreement includes only the Linkware graphics located on the CLM website and not the VIP or Purchaseware graphics.
  • Please be aware that your license agreement will be revoked and no refund given if at any time, you violate these basic terms.



To be eligible for a Web designer's License Agreement from CLM, you must apply through an email.Please include the following:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address (please include within the body of the email)
  • Your Website Url
  • 3 to 4 websites (urls) that you have designed or the url to your portfolio if any. If you are just beginning a business, you will still be taken into consideration.
  • Which Agreement you would like to purchase. (If you would like the Premiere Agreement, please provide samples of graphics on which you've added text and the name of the program you use as stated in the Basic Terms above.)

    Web Designer's Basic License Agreement    $25.00

    This includes the use of all linkware located on the CLM website. It does not allow you to add text to any of the graphics other than the blank buttons that come with the sets.

    Web Designer's Premiere License Agreement    $50.00

    This includes the use of all linkware located on the CLM website. It also entitles you to be able to add text to graphics in order to personalize the websites for your clients. This allows only text to be added and not altering the graphics in any other way.
