Decorating Suggestions:

Color Scheme
Bright cheery colors.

General Decorations
Anything with hearts and bells.
Wind chimes with bells.
A potpourri of novelty and porcelain bells.
Balloons or anything that sets a cheerful mood.
Anything with fruit if using Joy Fruit Theme.

For The Tables
Daisies or any flowers that set a festive mood.
If you want to emphasize the "heart" part of the theme, sprinkle heart cut-outs on the tables.

Focal Point
Table Top Display
Make a display using levels covered with material. Mix a few bells throughout with a nice floral arrangement. Then place things on the table that you feel ladies receive joy from such as: a couple good books, a few family photos, a shopping bag (of course!), jewelry, a few baking supplies or bowels and measuring cups, even a few pairs of shoes. Make sure you place in a Bible. You can think up many more things to add. Place a sign in a photo frame somewhere in the display with a sign that says: "What Brings You Joy?"

Do you have a ladies hand bell choir in your church or one in your local area that you could have perform at your event?

Favors:
Small terra cotta pots turned upside down to use as bell. Tie "dingers" in them with either one large jingle bell or a cluster of 3 small jingle bells. Paint with a design. Use ribbon or twine to make a handle. Just make a large knot to fit in the hole at the top. Attach a hang tag with theme verse.
Porcelain Bells. Porcelain or novelty bells can be purchased very inexpensively at import or dollar stores. You could place wrapped heart candy in the bottoms bringing up cellophane around to the top and tying with ribbons around the handle of the bell. Attach a hang tag with theme verse.
Jingle Card (Very Simple) Print out "Joybells Ringing In Your Heart" along with theme verse on card stock (can embellish with heart clip art). Tie a cluster of jingle bells in corner with ribbons.
