I did this general bulletin board picture back in April.
I had did a devotion at our March WM meeting dealing with God's Promises. Then soon after one of our young ministers in our church preached a message that emphasized a lot on God's Promises so that is what prompted me to do this one. I started it on a Monday and had it up 3 days later.
It is made entirely from construction paper and poster board. Noah's robe was made from posterboard; everything else was construction paper. The lion's mane was made using brown yarn; the giraffe's mane was made from torn brown checked fabric strips and Noah's beard was made with string from a mop head. You can't see it but I had little notes posted here and there on the board. For instance, underneath Noah (in an attempt to keep anyone from pulling on his glued on mop beard) the note read: Please don't pull my beard. It took me a long time to grow it. On the ark I had a sign that read: No skeptics on board. I can't remember all the readings on the notes right now.
Since our hallway is narrow and I had to take this picture from an angle it makes it difficult to take in the complete view of the picture. I can get a better picture when pastor is in his office and has the door open but I didn't have the camera with me to do that when the opportunity came to where I could have shot a better picture. His office is located directly across from the bulletin board.
