Tomorrow is our Women's Appreciation Banquet . I know that we will have several people at our church tomorrow that really need to have Jesus in their lives . They don't go to church , and one young man who is coming has never been to church . One lady that is coming is from the jail ministry . Just pray that everyone will make them feel welcome and that Jesus will be able to enter their hearts and lives tomorrow .This will be a great oppurtunity for our church . Also , our VBS starts next month so keep it in your prayers also . ~ Nikki

Hi Nikki,
I know it's been awhile, but how did your banquet go? You may have posted it to another thread, but if you did, I think I missed it. Getting confused with everyone writing me about their banquets

Hey Julia , well I would have to say it was a success . We had quite a few visitors . The lady from the jail ministry didnt come but a young man from the jail did . His grandmother and wife have been coming (his Grandmother is a member) .He had just been released .He had been saved in jail . It's an amazing change in his life , he and his wife are so humble and eager to serve the Lord , they recently had a baby , she was 3 weeks early but she is doing fine . We had several rededications during the morning service . THe fellowship among us during the dinner was awesome , so much stronger than it has been in a long time and it has continued since. That is an answered prayer for me . My heart was so heavy because of the lack of fellowship these last few months , it was like everyone couldnt wait to just leave and didnt have time to talk anymore . I know it was just the devil , I know our little church will do great things for God , the devil fights us too hard for us not to . Our men's banquet is next Sunday so remember it in prayer . Also VBS is next month , the theme is awesome and our whole church is excited , its like God has given us revival ! Thanks for praying for us , its so good to know that there are prayer warriors all over this country lifting us up to God . ~ Nikki
