My daughter just went to a dance and got a beautiful corsage.
I wonder if anyone knows of any way to preserve it - I think it would make a beautiful remembrance but I have no idea how to dry it or preserve it. It has been in the refrigerator but won't last much longer. Any ideas?
Thanks

My mother owned a florist when I was growing up and she didn't even know how to keep them. We usually just dried them. To keep their shape while drying, hang them upside down.
One idea for flowers they recieve while teens, take thier petals off and dry them individually, as they add up, you can make potpourri, or maybe-save them and use them on her wedding day for the flower girl to drop. _________________ In His grip and grace-

There is a product called silica gel. If you bury certain flowers in this, they will dry and retain their shape and most of their color.
Check with a florist.
You can buy silica gel at many craft stores. _________________ Colossians 1:27 ...."Christ in you, the hope of glory." |
