Cross stitching and embroidery.
Any others?

Am always looking for new ways to finish a project (besides framing or pillows).

How about putting your project on a canvas or cloth bag? My first cross stitch (and my last - I am afraid it wasn't for me) was the top of a jewlery box. I have also seen very nice Bible covers with cross stitch and embroidered covers.

Me, I like quilting now.
