[/i]Our church is having a Women's Retreat in November and I (Janis) am a C0-Chairman. The theme is "God's Crayon Box" Some of us come broken-broken heart, sharp-sharp tongue,dull-don't let your light go out. Just to name a few what crayons represent.
I'm looking for decoration ideas using crayons. I'm making centerpeices for the tables. Does anyone have any ideas that would help me? The retreat is in November and before Thanksgiving. I was thinking making turkeys with crayons as their feathers. Please let me me know if you know of any idea that would help me. Thank you.

Great idea.
Well. With Crayons as centerpieces you can do almost anything. You can even set out a childs tablet with pictures drawn by the children of the church. For that matter you could even post them around on the walls as decorations. Have them draw themselves in pictures with family and friends. I am sure that everyone would love it. On the table you could put those little easels with paints, crayons markers, etc... It would be so cute I think.
Please let us know how it turns out. I think it is an adorable idea that you could go anyway with.
