I am searching for some unique games to play on a bus for about 20-25 ladies on a 30 minute trip. Something that is quick and easy and safe to do while traveling. Any ideas would be helpful.

We did this on a longer trip (about 2 hours) with a group of ladies.

I had a sack of prizes (and had labeled them ahead of time) and kept hidden - but they were given for different things i.e. first person to sneeze, first person to receive a cell phone call.

Also, I had one brightly colored package that was paced every time someone saw a volkswagon bug and when we arrived at our destination the person who still had it was able to keep it.
