I am having a Mother's Day Celebration and the theme of it is

"Princess of the King" I am going to have about 50-60 women and I want to give them each alittle something special to remember this day for the rest of their life. I have everything else very well planned and I am stumped on this.
I don't want to give a flower because that will soon fade. I want something extra special but yet on the cheaper side of things.

Does anyone have any ideas?

If you have any way to get some songs about Moms...I know several Southern Gospel ones...and put them on a regular tape. Purchase some label makers for tapes or CD's (which ever one you use) Then custom design it for May 9, 2004...make sure the date is on it so when they take it out to listen to it each time they will remember how much fun they had...
another idea is to find a beautiful poem about Mom's or make up one using the theme "Princess of the King" the design it off the computer and find a picture frame (the dollar stores have some nice real nice ones) to put it in...make sure you put the date in small print under the poem. These are a couple items that I had received as small gifts several years ago that I still have and remember how much fun I had that day.
Thinking of it you can even give the ladies a "Princess of the King" award. Design them and preprint them out and the ones that you know for sure that will be there go ahead and hand write their name on it and get the pastor to certify it just make sure that you get the Pastor to sign a few blank ones in case of visitors...make sure when the ladies come in get them to print their first & last name on a register so that you will have the right spelling. Then when the time comes call out the ladies one by one to make each one feel special. You can even go one step father and have someone take a picture of each one being handed their certificate and when the picture gets developed you can give it to them better yet make copies or just take some candid shots of the celebration and make a special bulletin board and place the pictures close together and put them on the wall so the church can see how much fun yall had that day.
