Was wondering if anyone else is like my self in always looking for ideas to do or share with ladies ministries. If interested I would love to share what we have done, any one else?
Some include devotions on
pray journals
worring
trusting in the Lord
a few activities have been
pamper your self night (Jan.)
trade recipes
cookie swaps (Dec.)
craft night
and others...

Sounds like you all have fun. We have our ladies meeting only once a month. I've tried getting them to have a night each week or at least every other week for different activities but no one seems interested. When we first come to this church all of the women there where over 55. Just a few that where my around my age 27 - 30. Now that the church is growing the young has out numbered the others. And I've thought about starting a young womens groups. For some reason the younger women aren't coming to our meetings. My thought is to have both groups and bring them together. But we do how ever go on a Ladies Retreat twice a year at a friends cabin by the lake for two years now. We really enjoy the fellowship with each other when we go.
