Our womens ministry group is planning a mens banquet around fathers day with the theme of Fishers of Men. We could use any decoration ideas or games. all ideas are welcome.

How about a fishing net on one wall with lures and such hanging from it as a decoration?

Is it going to include boys or just grown men? If boys, there is an old carnival game in which the boys have a string on a pole like a fishing rod, toss it over something (a sheet or a piece of cardboard decorated like water) and someone on the other side attaches a little toy or treat or gift bag.

One yr we did "You're a Good Sport, Dad!"...had sports equipment all over the place, on walls, on tables, etc...the boys/men actually were proud to bring in all their equipment.

Hope is goes well.
