This is a family favorite:
1 package of eggroll wrappers
1 head of cabbage
1 pound of groud beef
salt and pepper
allspice

Directions: cook meat, season with allspice, drain, and then let cool. Cut cabbage and shred or chop into small pieces. Combine meat with cabbage (you want the mixture to consist of about half meat and half cabbage.) Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon about 2 tablesoons of mixture into eggroll and wrap. Brush eggroll with eggwhites and fry immediately. (fry in skillet with veg. or canola oil.) Dip in ketchup and mustard. YUMMY!!!!!!!
