| Years ago we did the T.V Verison of the Newlywed game. The couples on stage were the couple married the longest, couple most resently married, and of course the paster and his wife. It was a lot of fun and the winner got a gift certificate for dinner at a local resturant. |

Hi !! The Newley Wed Game is a great idea, AND when my hubby and I put together our banquet, we did another game similar to that one. We, too got the longest married, newly married couple and couples at 10 and 25 years. We sat the couples back to back so they couldn't see each other. We gave each person a pink card with *HER* written on it and a blue card with *HIM* written on it. We then asked random questions like who is the most messy. and each couple would have to raise the appropriate card. You can make up your own questions and make it as silly or whatever as you would want. It is really a fun game (i know, may sound a little too confusing) and the winning couple also got a prize. (just a simple *I LOVE YOU* basket was made. Have fun, this is a GREAT time to celebrate, and I have found that the widows/widowers enjoy themselves when unfortunaltye they are forgotten sometimes at this time of year....
Thanks for listening, and good luck!!!
God's Glorious Blessings

| At our couples Valentine Dinner this year each couple was ask to turn in a wedding picture. Overheads were made and at the dinner we had a sheet of paper with the couples names with a letter and had to place the correct letter with the picture being shown. We were given 10 seconds to look. This took awhile, but was fun seeing old pictures and some not so old. |
