looking for any ideas or the book that once was mentioned for a
make over theme..we are looking to do this for our ladies day in May

For favors you could give out gift baskets filled with makeup/skin care samples. You might get these donated from Merle Norman, Mary Kay, Avon. We did this for Mother's Day one year. Each lady got a small basket with lip stick, mirror, perfume, lotion and other small things. They were donated by a Merle Norman store. The ladies loved the basket and if they got the wrong shade of lipstick they just traded with someone else.

You could also have someone come in and type the ladies for thier season so they know what colors are best for them. Or have a makeup expert come in and demonstrate application techniques.

Then take it from there to the spiritual with a "Do you need a Spiritual Makeover" discussion.

Sorry, I just now saw this post. The booklets you are referring to are here.

You receive the master when ordering so that you may copy and put together as many booklets as needed for your event. This keeps the costs down for you and on my end. Many of the ladies that have ordered them, just send them out to Kinkos or their copy store. Also you may change the cover to customize it to your event.
