I found your site while looking for garnishing books. Your links led me to a site where I was able to purchase some knives at reasonable price..Thank you. I will soon be assuming the catering responsibilities for our 500 member church, and I think this site will be a blessing to my endeavor. I look forward to sharing and learning with you all
