My dh and I serve in Tennessee and our families are in other states. My grandmother died last night and we are needing to go home for the funeral. My 1 year old has a virus and my 2 yr old has a cold. My mother really does not need the focus of sick children as she is burying her own mother. So, we decided to leave them overnight with our babysit here in TN while we travel 5 hours for the funeral. I trust our sitter completely, but I am still having a very hard time leaving. Thankfully, I took the boys to see my gran two weeks ago before she passed away. Please just pray for me as I leave them that I will be so at peace that I can focus on ministering to my mom and my unsaved family members. My gran was saved last summer, my grandad is still lost. My brother will be doing the funeral and I pray that God will use Jamie's heart to reach papaws. My dad and mom will of course stay by his side and continue to share with him, but please pray. He is 81 and I know that it will be a very difficult decision for him to make. I know that God can do all things, I just pray that my grandad has a ready heart. Thanks.
