Hi the other reply didnt work for some reason but I will give it another try
Here is one that I went to once it was alot of fun:
Every one brings an oranment with them unwrapped; the hostess will read a christmas story to the group of ladies that are seated in a circle, evey time the speaker stops her reading you pass the ornament to the person next to you,,sorta like hot potatoe, well when the story is over the ornament that you are holding providing that it is not yours will be the one that you take home. we had lots of fun

Thank you Verna. I attended one in Nashville. I did not know how the instructions went, but I knew that each person brought an ornament and food and games were played. Thanks again. Juanita
