Nice to meet you all! I am Val, and I am a married (for nearly 20 years) mom of 3 teens and one nearly so...LOL! A son 18, another son 16, a daughter 14, and the baby who is 12.

Don't tell him I called him a baby!!
I love to be invovled with Women's Ministry at church, Bible Study, and a LOVE SCRAPBOOKING!
I am looking for Christian friendship--looking forward to sharing, encouraging,gleaning, and supporting one another here....
My oldest boy leaves for BOOT CAMP on January 1, and I am in preperation!

Hi to you, Val. I agree with you that this is a wonderful group!
I will be praying for your family through the coming months. Our DS joined the Army Natl Guard to pay for college. He was in Boot Camp at Ft. Benning on his 20th birthday. He said it was one of the best birthdays he has had. Believe me, God arranged that day to the tiniest detail.
He has been activated and is in Kosovo right now. There are some great young men in the military. Some great Moms praying for them too. Best, there is a great God watching over each of us. Amen, YSIC, Eva
