  You'll find a several tea templates and lots of other fun things at the Templates by Donavan website.
  Use the templates to make Invitations or 'Teapot' Shaped Name Tags: out of card stock. You may need to enlarge the patterns for a good name tag size. If your ladies have pre-signed up for your event, you can already have the names on them. Find someone to do them in calligraphy if you can.   Embellish each tag with a tiny ribbon bow.
• Kid's Participation
  If you are having a Mother-Daughter banquet and will have some younger kids, you may want to put a few crayons at the tables with a coloring sheet to color. It will give them something to do, especially if there is a lot of conversation that will not include them.
  
  You could also print tea color pages ahead of time and have your younger girls each color one and display them at your banquet. It will make them feel like they participated too. (Don't have a coloring contest--that usually just leads to hurt feelings to those who didn't win.
