  For The Tables
  
• Use some decorative scrapbooking papers on the tables along with sprinkling a few of the shaped or themed scapbooking cutouts.
• Add in a few photos or verses framed on the tables for centerpieces.

  Focal Point
  
• Photo Arrangement - Make a display with lots of photos. If you have some photos of your ladies group from different functions, frame them and use them in the display. You could even have your ladies bring in photos of their children and grandchildren ahead of time and place them all in the display.
• Photo Collage - Have a poster collage set up on an easel. Have your ladies bring in photos of themselves as children ahead of time and let everyone see who can guess who is who. Use scrapbooking papers and supplies to make the display eye pleasing.

  Just For Fun:
  
• Have someone give a short demonstration or the basics of scrapbooking
• Ask ahead for your ladies to bring in one of their scrapbooks or photo albums and have a short sharing time.
• Do a simple layout for a craft time with all of your ladies. Make sure to have supplies on hand. Scrapbooking paper, cut-outs, acid free glue, scrapbooking scissors, etc. Tell them ahead of time to bring in 3 or 4 photos to use.
