 Order Information
- Payments: All payments are accepted through Pay Pal only. Pay Pal accepts most major credit cards and e-checks. Please note that any customers using e-checks will not receive their graphic order until the check has cleared (usually 4 days). Click on the Pay Pal logo below if you are unfamiliar with their services.
- Procedure: You will receive an immediate download link as you complete your order with PayPal. You will then be instantly able to save your graphics to your computer.
- Regarding Personalizations Personalization texts are no longer being added to shops and banners. If you would like to commission your banners, shop graphics, and blank buttons out to another designer or artist to add text, please feel free to do so.
- Refund Policy: Because of the nature of the artwork (copy able and reproducible) no refunds will be given after your order has been completed.
- Follow Up: If you don't receive the download link upon completion of your order or if the zip file does not open for some reason, please don't hesitate to contact Julia.
