Posted 01/26/07  Fashion Designers Choose 2 teams (or more according to your size of group). Have each team choose one lady from their team to be a "Model". The "Models" should be ladies with a good sense of humor as they'll be the guinea pigs:) Set a time limit and let each group "design" a fashion on the "Model" chosen. They will do this out of the supplies you give them within the time limit. Give them instructions to have a narration as to what their "fashion design" is as their group will be showing off their fashion runway style when the time limit is up. If you have a small group and just want to choose one lady to be a "Model" and do this for a fun activity, that will work too. Give each team: 1 to 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 package or several sheets of brightly colored tissue paper 1 roll of masking tape 1 pair of scissors Optional Accessories to give each team: Boa (Usually can get them at the $Store in the children's toys) Unique looking shoes or a pair of animal/character slippers Hat Sunglasses String of pears or beaded costume jewelry Tube of BRIGHT colored lipstick Suggested Application: How God is the Master Designer. |
