• Tie helium filled balloons to back of chairs.
• Make a centerpiece of balloons (helium filled) tied to a basket or a wrapped present.
• For centerpieces use small gift bags with festive colored tissue paper sticking out of each and tie a balloon (helium filled) to the handle.
